The Eighth Night

April 15, 2020 by Caraway Carter

The best surprise for me was the depth these characters show despite being such a short story. Over the course of the book, we get to see Jon and Davi interact like real people, not strictly love-interests… I really liked that these characters get to know each other as people and they show shades of complexity like anyone else, even in such a short story. ~Joyfully Jay

7 With 1 Blow

April 15, 2020 by Caraway Carter

I am however a huge fan of good writing, and Caraway Carter delivers. This is not a book about sex. It’s about the dark side that we all have, the place where we hide our misdeeds to others or justify our bad behavior. Carter weaves a spellbinding story of cruelty, abuse, compassion and deliverance.

I can’t wait for his next book. ~Tari

This was a very interesting book with catphishing, a lovely Vermont community helping a new resident and a slow burning, sweet love story. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author. PS….you really need to read this one. ~Renel
