Rainbow Snippets Jan 28-29

Rainbow Snippets is a group for LGBTQIA authors, readers, and bloggers to gather once a week to share six sentences from a work of fiction–a WIP or a finished work or even a 6-sentence book recommendation (no spoilers please!).

In this group, you’ll find anything from romance and historical fiction to mystery and YA. The common thread is that every story’s main character identifies as LGBTQIA. The snippets could range from zero flames to full-on sexytimes; anything goes content-wise. The only rule is snippets will be six sentences long–one for each color in the Pride flag.”

Welcome to another Saturday filled with Rainbow Snippets!

The link below will take you to the public Facebook group where you find both new and established authors posting bits from their WIPs and new releases:

I took a break from writing and got deep into despair over the stuff that HWMNBN’d had been signing. I figured that it was high time to write escapism and I had a great 2300 word day on Friday. I’m at about 12k in and am seeking alpha readers for what I’ve got up till now. If interested PM me on the book of Face.

Further along, Lawrence is surprised and blown away by Curtis’ skills.

“Holy Fuck! Where’d you learn that?” Lawrence was out of breath.

Curtis grinned and leaned forward to kiss the man beneath him. “Law, if I told you – I don’t think you’d find it too attractive.” He noticed that the come had dripped onto the salt and pepper beard that turned Curtis on so much.

Definitely a good way to escape! I really like these two.

I’m so glad you found an escape (selfishly, because it’s more story to read) – these two are filthy, aren’t they? 😉

Not that bad, but I love that this is the very beginning of the book.
